As a nurse, I started my professional career in neonates. I loved taking care of small babies and speaking with their mothers. Later, in the neonatal ICU, and now more conversant with technical and human knowledge, for 10 years I grew as a nurse alongside my colleagues, with whom we still share our experiences. Later the focus of my attention switched to the surgical patient/family. Initial care plans, the nursing evaluation, decision taking, a stage of professional and personal satisfaction in which I would highlight my role as a teacher of care for individuals facing a surgical procedure. The care stage of my career gradually changed, with my work developing in the Nursing methodology unit, providing support to nurses in the preparation of procedures, readings, initiating training programmes for the families, etc. Currently, as a teaching and training nurse, I work with another facet of management-related duties. "I love inviting my friends and family round for dinner. Preparing a good meal and the little details that go to make the meal special. I love being a nurse, but I don't rule out the idea of opening my own Bed&Breakfast."
