Laia Bosch Segarra

As a special needs teacher, I have worked in different schools and I have been part of the team of therapists of the Servei d'Infants i Joves, of the Fundació Catalana de Síndrome de Down [Catalan Down Syndrome Foundation]. I am a specialist in Autism Spectrum Disorders and for years I have performed therapeutic intervention in natural contexts. I currently work in the School Learning Disorders Unit (UTAE), of the SJD Barcelona Children's Hospital. My main line of work is the individual and group treatment of boys and girls with ASD, with special focus on early stimulation and finding alternatives to adapt teaching approaches to how children learn.
