Alba Bernaus Morgó

I carry out my clinical work in the School Learning Disorders Unit (UTAE) at the SJD Barcelona Children's Hospital, where I support children and adolescents with neurodevelopmental disorders. The foundation of my clinical practice lies in understanding each child as a unique individual. I consider it essential to recognize each child’s uniqueness, as well as their learning pace and life trajectory, in order to design interventions tailored to their needs, integrating their emotional, family, and school context.

I understand care as a human, close, and sensitive process, aimed at prevention, providing tools, and building support networks that foster autonomy, confidence, and personal development.

I am passionate about accompanying children during this stage of continuous discovery and growth, in which each of them explores, learns, and relates to the world around them in a unique way.
