SJD Barcelona Children's Hospital is a non-profit organisation registered in the Spanish register of religious entities as a member of the Order of Saint John of God.
When a person donates in Spain, they can recover up to 80% of the first €250 they donate, and 40% of the amount exceeding that amount. In the case of companies, the deduction is 40% of any amount donated. As of the third consecutive year of donation to the hospital, the tax deduction increases to 45% for individuals and 50% for companies.
You will need to provide your tax details to atenciondonante@sjd.es so that your donation can be correctly reported to the Tax Agency and the corresponding tax certificate can be issued.
This legislation does not apply to donations made from other countries.
