I specialized in Clinical Microbiology and Parasitology at the Hospital Clínic de Barcelona between 2015 and 2019, where I worked in tasks in the Microbiology Service, in coproculture departments and in bacterial serology and parasitology. In August 2019 I joined the Molecular Microbiology Laboratory of the SJD Barcelona Children's Hospital.

My interest is focused on infectious diseases and improving their diagnosis using real-time PCR techniques.
