I am an ophthalmologist specialising in oculoplastic, orbital and lacrimal surgery, with a particular focus on complex paediatric conditions. I practise at the SJD Barcelona Children's Hospital, where I am part of the national reference programmes (CSUR) for Paediatric Orbital Tumours and Congenital Periocular Malformations. I have undertaken specific national and international training with leading European experts in oculoplastic surgery and have been awarded the Fellow of the European Board of Ophthalmology (FEBO) accreditation.
I combine clinical practice with research, university teaching and international cooperation, actively participating in innovation and surgical training projects. My main area of interest is the development of reconstructive and minimally invasive techniques.
