Cristina Lao Doña

I am an empathetic and approachable person with a positive attitude who enjoys teamwork and has a strong commitment to continuous learning and ongoing improvement.

I currently work as a nurse coordinator for inpatient care and outpatient clinics in the Women’s Area, where I manage both the clinical and organizational activities of the service. My work focuses on ensuring safe, compassionate, and high-quality care for women and their families, as well as optimizing workflows and resources within the department.

My project within the area is to continue promoting continuous improvement by strengthening teamwork, communication, and training. I aim to consolidate a motivating work environment where people feel heard and valued, and where clinical excellence goes hand in hand with the professional growth of the team.
