Victoria Molinillo Ponce

I am a nurse specialising in paediatric oncology and haematopoietic stem cell transplantation, and have been working at SJD Barcelona Children's Hospital since 2018. I am currently Head of Nursing in the Paediatric Oncology and Bone Marrow Transplantation Unit.

Throughout my career, I have combined clinical practice with specialised training in paediatric nursing, oncology, intensive care and paediatric emergency care, as well as participating in projects and conferences related to the humanisation of care.

I practise transformational leadership, promoting teamwork, professional development and a culture based on excellence, innovation and continuous improvement. I aim to continue promoting patient- and family-centred care models and contributing to the growth of teams committed to safe, compassionate and high-quality care.
