I have 20 years’ experience as a clinical nurse in neonatology within highly complex settings. I am currently the clinical coordinator of the Neonatal Unit, where I promote safe and high-quality care. I am a patient safety lead (postgraduate qualification), a clinical simulation instructor and an accredited tutor for paediatric nursing residents. I am committed to the team’s continuing professional development and to research as a driver of change.
I am currently studying for a Master’s in Leadership at SJD to focus my development on management, continuous improvement and transformational leadership.
