SJD Barcelona Children's Hospital has once again achieved extraordinary results in satisfaction surveys conducted among more than 150 international families treated at the Hospital between 2024 and 2025. The data reflects high levels of trust, a very positive assessment of the quality of care, and constant improvement in the services offered to international patients.
The results of the surveys conducted among international families at the end of their treatment at our centre confirm their excellent satisfaction with the hospital. The Net Promoter Score (NPS), a patient satisfaction index that measures willingness to recommend the hospital's services on a scale of -100 to 100, has reached an overall score of 87 in the last two years.
- Both the service provided by the International Department and the quality of medical care have obtained scores above 9.
- Two out of three families say that their experience at SJD has exceeded their expectations.
- Nine out of ten families say they would return to our hospital for check-ups or in case of new needs.

Complementary services offered to international families, such as interpreters during medical visits, airport transfers and consular procedures, receive scores above 9.
