My career has been shaped by my interest in child and adolescent mental health. I have specialised in the field of mental health within nursing. I have adopted a care-based approach that incorporates the promotion of emotional wellbeing, health education and prevention.

I work from a holistic, person-centred approach, supporting patients and their families at different stages of the recovery process. I also participate in initiatives aimed at improving early intervention and the early detection of signs of emotional distress.

Providing mental health care with rigour, empathy and professionalism has a significant impact on people’s quality of life.
