SJD Barcelona Children's Hospital is a university hospital affiliated with the University of Barcelona, and so we share our knowledge and train professionals to specialise in high-complexity medicine.

Training in surgical techniques for paediatric surgery

The objective of this master's degree is to provide theoretical and practical training in the technical principles of paediatric surgery, including all aspects of minimally invasive surgery. It is aimed at surgeons from countries without specialisation programmes in paediatric surgery. Master's Degree from the University of Barcelona.

Pediatric Urology Master

The objective of this master's degree is to acquire both theoretical and practical training in pediatric urology in order to adequately treat pediatric patients with genitourinary pathology.

Qualification: Master's degree (own title of the University of Barcelona)
Accreditation: 140 ECTS credits

Postgraduate training in Paediatric Surgery

We are one of the only three centres in Spain authorised to provide postgraduate training as a paediatric surgery specialist training centre by the European Board of the European Union of Medical Specialist (UEMS).
